Having trouble getting started?
If you cannot get started with the Google Workspace Add-On, or if you are unable to select a folder when using the Chrome extension, the most likely cause is that one or more required permissions were not accepted.
Drive I/O needs full access to your Drive and related services to run correctly.
When Google prompts you for access, choose Select all to grant every permission required for Drive I/O to work correctly.
